This familiar herb is popularly used in Thai dishes to add that citrus-like aroma and zing flavour. It is also commonly used for herbal teas. However, many of us are unaware that growing the plant itself can benefit us indoors.
In Singapore, this herb is readily available in bundles in supermarkets and wet markets. You may be faced with excess lemongrass which you do not know what to do with them. Instead of throwing them away as veggie scraps, why not grow them indoors and use them in other ways?
